Service Provider - Velvetforgepl Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw. User - a natural person using the website. Services - services provided electronically through the website. Website - the online service available at velvetforgepl.com.

Using the website means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Service Provider provides services in accordance with applicable Polish and EU law. The website is available to all Users with Internet access.
3. Scope of services
Through the website, the Service Provider provides the following services: verification of entitlements to social benefits, assistance in obtaining European funds, online financial consultations, and preparation and submission of applications.
4. User obligations
The User is obliged to: provide true personal data, use the website in accordance with its purpose, comply with the law and the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, and not violate the rights of third parties.
